What is Boost?
Boost is an annual camp organised by Scouts Victoria that provides an opportunity for any aged Scout to learn and develop their skills in a range of Outdoor Adventure skills. It is a unique experience that allows youth members to choose their own adventure, picking from a variety of activities in the Outdoor Adventure Skills framework, including Bushcraft, Bushwalking, Camping, Aquatics, Boating, Cycling, Paddling, and Vertical.

At Boost, youth members can form Activity Patrols or choose to embark on their adventure individually, depending on their preferences.
With eight OAS stages in each stream, Boost offers an array of activities and challenges that cater to all skill levels and interests.

In addition to the various Outdoor Adventure Skills, Boost also features JOTA/JOTI, providing an opportunity for Scouts to connect with others from around the world via radio and the internet. This is a great way for Scouts to learn about different cultures, practice their communication skills, and build new friendships. But that's not all - Boost also features STEM World, where you can explore the exciting world of science, technology, engineering, and math. Get hands-on with fun and interactive activities that will test skills, inspire creativity, and broaden knowledge. Learn about robotics, coding, electronics, and more, and see how STEM applies to the real world.

Boost is open to all youth members, regardless of their age or experience in Scouting. During the camp, Scouts will camp with their Groups within Districts, providing an opportunity for them to bond with their peers and make new friends.

The tagline for Boost is "Your Adventure," reflecting the fact that Scouts are empowered to choose their own adventure and shape their experience at camp. Boost is an experience unlike any other, and we encourage all youth members to participate and embark on their journey.
